Below is an overview of how I’ll contribute as part of your birth team and the ways we’ll collaborate before, during, and after the arrival of your little one.

• Three Prenatal Visits (2 hours each): Together, we’ll explore your needs and ideal birth plan, establish mutual expectations, and provide practical tools to help prepare for labor and delivery.

• Birth Plan/Goal Setting: I’ll guide you in clarifying your birth and postpartum priorities, explaining available options to help you make informed decisions.

• Specialist Referrals: Receive recommendations for additional care, such as childbirth education, bodywork, pelvic floor therapy, lactation support, and more.

• Comprehensive Labor Support: From 38-42 weeks I’m on call to provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support when you go into labor!

• Breastfeeding Support: Immediate assistance after birth to encourage proper latch and support the establishment of breastfeeding.

• Postpartum Care Visit: A follow-up session to celebrate your baby’s arrival, process the birth, address questions, and provide support during the early postpartum period. Additional visits can be arranged as needed.

• Ongoing Communication: Unlimited phone, text, and email support to answer questions, offer suggestions, and provide reassurance throughout pregnancy and early labor.
